Hi, I'm Jes! I'm an instructional designer, creative problem-solver, and the person behind Dinomite. I started Dinomite with a simple belief: learning should be more than checking a box. It should be engaging, meaningful, and designed to make a real difference.

With over 18 years of experience in learning and development and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Instructional Design, I've spent my career finding creative ways to turn complex information into learning experiences people can actually understand, use, and enjoy.

 

For the past six years, I've been bringing that passion to life through Dinomite, partnering with businesses to create custom eLearning, corporate training, professional video content, and learning solutions that fit their unique needs. Along the way, I was honored to be recognized by the New York Journal's 40 Under 40 for Pioneering a New Era of Innovation and Excellence. It's a recognition I'm proud of, but what I enjoy most is still the creative process—taking an idea, solving a challenge, and seeing it come together.

What Makes Dinomite Different?

I believe the best projects start with good conversations, creative thinking, and a genuine understanding of what you're trying to accomplish. When we work together, you can expect open communication, thoughtful collaboration, and someone who's just as invested in the details as the big picture. Sometimes that means building something entirely new. Other times, it's taking what you already have and making it work a whole lot better.
